A graduate of Texas Tech University and working in London/NYC as a publicist, Lauren's own self fitness journey quickly led her to leaving corporate work and pursuing a career in Nutrition.
While attending the Dietetics program at Montclair State University, Lauren started working as a CPT/Aquatics Manager at Equinox in Summit, NJ and her love for everything strength training began. After having her first daughter, Lauren soon realized there was not enough focus on postpartum recovery and she became the co-owner/founder of FitFabMoms in Madison, NJ. Shortly after the birth of her second daughter, Lauren left FFM and started LaurenLeonardFit: at-home/virtual training.
Relocating to Spring Lake in September 2021, Lauren saw the need for a strength specific studio in the area and
The Space in Spring Lake was born.
Lauren has extensive experience with all fitness levels: prenatal/postpartum dysfunctions, pre/post-op, weight loss, joint mobility/replacements, back injuries, & stability/core.
Nutrition is incredibly important to Lauren. Educating a client on how to achieve optimal results with food and how to eat for their body, gives her clients freedom from food. She strongly believes that fitness and nutrition have to be hand-in-hand.
When Lauren isn't swinging kettlebells, you can find her surfing, snowboarding, running on the boardwalk or after her two girl's... basically any activity that will place her outside.

Growing up in a home that was centered around health and fitness, Kitty knew her career path would follow the same. Currently working on earning her Bachelor of Health Science at Brookdale College, when not studying Kitty is a class instructor and sales manager at Vive Fitness.
Kitty’s love for physical activity and nutrition started at a very young age with getting involved in every sport a child could sign up for and packing her own nutritious lunches. When Kitty was old enough she started to dive deeper into the health and fitness field by conducting her own studies, self teaching on her own, and buying her first gym membership where she fell in love with lifting weights. Finally reaching college and pursuing her career of personal training, Kitty then started to flourish in the field from there. Kitty’s passion is to help others learn about health and fitness, spread positivity to all she meets, as well as helping others become the best versions of themselves through physical fitness and nutrition. On her free time when Kitty isn’t lifting in the gym and training others she loves to play volleyball, go for a swim in the ocean, and spend time hiking/walking in nature.
